The terms of using Sahaj on WhatsApp, the web app and this website, including what it is and is not, the free first month, paid plans, fair use and how to stop.

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions are an agreement between you and Tournahub Solutions Private Limited (“Tournahub”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India (CIN U62099PN2025PTC243859) with its registered office at S. No. 501, Onkar Nagar, Pawar Mala, Kedgaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra 414001, India. Tournahub operates Sahaj. Our company website is tournahub.in.

They apply whenever you use Sahaj: on WhatsApp, in the Sahaj web app, or on this website. By using Sahaj you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

Our privacy policy and our cancellation and refunds page form part of these terms.

2. What Sahaj is

Sahaj is an AI guide to astrology. It uses established astrology calculations in your choice of Vedic or Western astrology, together with an AI language model that explains what those calculations show. It is a perspective to think with, offered for self-reflection.

3. What Sahaj is not

Sahaj is not a person, and no human astrologer reviews your reading. It does not predict the future, and it will not tell you that something is certain to happen. AI explanations can contain mistakes; you can always send explain why to see the reasoning behind a reading.

Sahaj does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing it says should be treated as such. It is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or in distress, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional. In India, call 112 for emergencies, or Tele-MANAS on 14416 for mental health support.

Decisions you make remain yours.

4. Traditional remedies

Some readings may mention a traditional remedy, for example from Lal Kitab. These are shared as cultural practices to reflect on, never as a cure, a guarantee or a substitute for professional advice. Sahaj does not sell gemstones, amulets, rituals or pujas, and it never asks you to pay for a remedy.

5. Who can use Sahaj

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.

6. Your account

  • On WhatsApp, your account is tied to your WhatsApp number. WhatsApp’s own terms apply to your WhatsApp account as well as these.
  • In the web app, you sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email address. You can connect your WhatsApp number to your web account so that one conversation is kept across both.

Keep your phone, email and Google account secure, and do not share sign-in codes with anyone. Tell us straight away at getsahaj.support@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens through your account unless it was used without your permission and you could not reasonably have prevented it.

7. Messages on WhatsApp

  • You start the conversation. Sahaj replies in the conversation you begin, and does not send you promotional messages unless you have separately agreed to receive updates.
  • You can stop at any time. Send stop and Sahaj stops messaging you. You can withdraw consent to updates separately.
  • You can reach a person. Send talk to support in the conversation, or write to getsahaj.support@gmail.com.
  • WhatsApp carries the messages. Messages are delivered by WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. We do not control whether WhatsApp is available, and your mobile operator’s normal data charges may apply.

WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Sahaj is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.

8. Using Sahaj fairly

Please do not:

  • give birth details for another person unless they have agreed to it;
  • send passwords, card or bank account numbers, or government ID numbers;
  • use Sahaj to harass, threaten or harm anyone, or to send unlawful, sexual or hateful content;
  • try to make Sahaj produce content unrelated to its purpose, or content that breaks the law;
  • try to break, overload, reverse engineer or copy the service, or access it by automated means such as bots or scrapers;
  • impersonate someone else or create accounts to get around the fair-use limits;
  • resell access to Sahaj, or present its readings as your own professional service.

We may pause or end access for anyone who does, and we will tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it.

9. First month free

Your first month with Sahaj is free, counted from the day you first use it, and you do not need to give payment details to start. Fair-use limits apply during that month so that no single account can run up unlimited cost; Sahaj tells you if you reach one. This offer does not describe access as permanently free, and we may change or end the free offer for new users in the future.

10. Paid plans

Paid plans are not offered yet. When they are:

  • the price, including any GST, what it includes and how long it lasts are shown to you before you pay;
  • you are never charged for a plan you did not choose, and the free month does not turn into a paid plan by itself;
  • subscriptions and renewals are bought and managed on the Sahaj website or web app, not inside WhatsApp;
  • payments are processed by our payment provider, and we never see your card, UPI or bank details;
  • cancellation and refunds work as described on the cancellation and refunds page.

11. Accuracy and availability

Sahaj is offered as it is. Charts are calculated by third-party astrology services, and explanations are written by an AI model. We work to keep both accurate and available, but we do not promise that every calculation or explanation will be free of errors, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Features may change as the product develops.

12. Your content

What you send stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only for the purpose of providing Sahaj to you, as described in the privacy policy. We do not use it to train AI models. Your readings, charts, audio and video from Sahaj are yours to keep and share for personal use.

13. Our service

The Sahaj name, logo, website, software and the design of its readings belong to Tournahub Solutions Private Limited. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Sahaj for yourself, not to copy, sell or reuse the service.

14. Services we rely on

Sahaj depends on services run by others, including WhatsApp, Google, Amazon Web Services and the astrology calculation and voice providers listed in the privacy policy. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of their products.

15. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, Sahaj is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty that a reading is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Astrology is a perspective, not a science that can be guaranteed, and nothing Sahaj says should be relied on as a statement of fact about your future.

16. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Sahaj, or for decisions taken on the basis of a reading. Where the law allows us to limit it, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Sahaj in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. If you break these terms

If you use Sahaj in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and that causes us loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to cover that loss to the extent the law allows.

18. Ending it

Stop whenever you like. Send stop to pause messages, or delete my data to remove your information entirely, as described on the data deletion page.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, if WhatsApp or another provider we rely on requires it, or if we stop offering Sahaj. If we stop offering it, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can, and refund any unused part of a paid plan.

19. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at WhatsApp, cloud or network providers, natural disasters, or government action.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Sahaj develops. If a change is material, we will say so on this page and, where it matters, in the conversation, before it takes effect. Continuing to use Sahaj after that means you accept the updated terms.

21. General

  • These terms, together with the pages they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about Sahaj.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to another company that takes over Sahaj, and we will tell you if that happens.
  • Sahaj may show these terms in other languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.

22. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first, so we can try to resolve a problem quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmednagar (Ahilyanagar), Maharashtra, India. This does not affect any right you have to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
